How It Works

Three Honest Steps

Step 1

Free Written Estimate

We inspect, walk you through the scope, and give you an itemized estimate with material, labor, and disposal as separate lines.

Step 2

Soft Pre-Qualification

We share the financing-included scenario. Pre-qualifying with our lender takes a few minutes online and uses a soft credit pull (no score impact).

Step 3

Install & Pay Monthly

Roof goes on, lender pays us, you pay a fixed monthly amount. No balloon payments, no prepayment penalties on most plans.

What $100/Month Looks Like

On a typical $7,499 architectural-shingle replacement, financing from our lending partners often lands between $100 and $130 per month depending on term length and credit profile. Larger projects scale from there — a $12,000 tear-off might land in the $150–$200 range on a longer term.

We will include the financed scenario directly on your written estimate, alongside the cash total, so you can compare both numbers in one place.

Financing FAQs

What financing rates do you offer?
Rates vary by lender and credit profile. Most homeowners qualify for plans starting at $100/month with terms from 24 to 144 months. We can quote the monthly figure alongside the total on your written estimate.
Will applying hurt my credit score?
Most of our lending partners use a soft credit pull for pre-qualification, which does not affect your score. A hard pull happens only when you finalize the loan.
Can I finance an insurance-covered storm-damage repair?
You typically would not need to — insurance-covered work is paid from claim proceeds. Financing is for the homeowner-paid portion (deductible, upgrades, or claims that fall outside coverage).
Is the financed cost different from the cash price?
The roof itself is the same Employee Pricing quote either way. Some lenders may add a small dealer fee that we will itemize transparently on the estimate.
