Estimates and Contracts
Written estimates are free and valid for 30 days from issue. Actual project work begins only after a signed agreement that itemizes scope, materials, schedule, and total cost. Verbal estimates are advisory only; the written estimate is the binding pricing.
Pricing and Payment
Our pricing model is transparent ("Employee Pricing"): material costs, labor, and disposal are itemized as separate lines. Promotional pricing, the $500-off promo, and financing terms (from $100 per month via lending partners) are subject to verification at the time of contract signing.
Warranty
We register the manufacturer warranty on your behalf at project completion (typically 25–50 years on shingles from GAF, Owens Corning, or CertainTeed). Our workmanship warranty covers installation defects for the terms specified in your contract. Storm damage, age-related wear, and acts of God are excluded.
Insurance-Claim Work
When we represent you in an insurance claim, our work is paid through insurance proceeds for qualifying covered damage. We are transparent about which items are covered and which are not. We do not guarantee a "free roof" and do not engage in claim padding.
Cancellation
You may cancel a signed roofing contract within three business days of signing under Connecticut consumer-protection law. Cancellation after material orders or work has commenced may be subject to restocking and labor recovery fees as disclosed in your contract.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific work performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond that scope. We carry full Connecticut roofing-contractor insurance, and proof is available before any work begins.
